In 1994, Irma Clark, owner and founder of CTR, began operations from a 200 square foot garage located in Glendale, California, with a handful of employees and a determination to give the customers what they want. Today, CTR Builders is headquartered in beautiful Montrose, California, in a spacious 3,600 square foot facility, employing a huge staff of dedicated professionals. CTR Builders employs a brilliant office staff with estimators, designers, project managers, and a professional workforce in the field.
